Choosing a Character
There are four types of characters in Trickster Online. You’re free to choose based on your preferences.
Power Type
The role is to primarily inflict damage during war through a melee attack. They’ll start as a cute bunny and a vigorous buffalo with the same skill set; and after advancement, they’ll start to learn unique skills. For example, the bunny will be learning single-target only skills but will deal out great damage. Its counterpart buffalo, will be learning AoE skills with less damage, but eliminate multiple enemies faster. In other MMOs, Power Types are the swordsmen and knights. They have decent armor and damage.

Magic Type
The Dragon and Sheep make up the Magic Type Class. Like in most MMOs, they don’t have impressive amounts of HP, but they compensate with their ability to create powerful magic spells. Although both are in the Magic Type category, Sheep and Dragon spells differ. Sheep spells are more elemental-oriented after advancement, while Dragons have a choice of Light or Dark spells after changing jobs. In other MMOs, the Sheep and Dragon are the Elementalists, Clerics/Priests, and the Wizards. They can inflict elemental magic damage, heal companions, and casts neutral element damage.

Sense Type
The Fox and Lion are the two Sense Type characters. The Fox specializes in ninja-like combat through Shuriken skills, while the Lion uses mainly Gun skills. Sense types are much better at drilling than other characters because of their naturally high Detection Ability (DA). This allows them to sense whether there’s an item underground, speeding up the drilling process. In other MMOs, the Fox and Lion are the Archers and the Assassins. They deliver ranged damage, and are quite quick at inflicting it.

Charm Type
The Raccoon and Cat make up the Charm Type class. Built for defense rather than offense, these two characters are extremely good tanks. Although their damage may not be as impressive, they make up for it with their defense-oriented skills and builds. Charms are built to last. But don’t worry, they can still inflict pretty good damage depending on the build you choose. In other MMOs, the Cat and Raccoon are the paladins and the defenders. They sit at the front lines and take the heat of enemy attacks. Due to their naturally high HP, DP, and HV growth, they can take plenty of hits before dying.
